I'm making headway on the house, but it is going very slowly. I'm still getting the hang of my new place. It's a mess right now. I still haven't even opened all of the boxes yet. Things are so hectic that it is sometimes hard to contemplate the idea that I have been back at work for a week now. It seems like I've been out this week too, from what I remember of it. Other than getting a new PC and setting that up and configuring all of the software, I haven't accomplished much. That's got to change, pronto. My boss is making pointed rumblings about "productivity" at me. I got a new project on which to work as of Wednesday. Sometimes, I love how these projects work -- half the challenge is figuring out what is wanted of me on them. Ah well, if it weren't a challenge, then my paycheck would be harder for me (or my employer) to justify.
